We are Madison’s oldest community center. We opened our doors in 1916 to the Greenbush neighborhood after a UW student saw the need for a welcoming space to accommodate the growing immigrant population.
Fast forward over 100 years later (and counting), and we are still bursting with energy, culture, and inclusivity. With programs for every age, background and culture, we are a vibrant spot in the community for everyone.
